This Week’s pre-season training regime is as follows:
Monday 4 December: 6-8pm at the State Netball and Hockey Center (SNHC)
Tuesday 5 December: 6:30-7:30pm at MSAC (Strength and Conditioning session)
Wednesday 6 December: 6-8pm at the State Netball and Hockey Center (SNHC)
Friday 8 December: 6:15-7am at the Tan (Conditioning session)
