University Blues Football Club, the reigning Premiers in William Buck Premier Grade, are currently seeking expressions of interest and formal applications for the positions of Reserves Grade Coach and Under 19s Coach.
University Blues is a long term member of the Premier grade within the Victorian Amateur Football Association.
The successful applicant will have a good understanding of senior football surrounding both training methodologies and game day strategies and tactics and VAFA football trends in particular.
The successful applicant will hold a minimum of Level 1 AFL Coaching Accreditation and will be experienced in being a member of a broader coaching team. They shall be a strong communicator being able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a broader off-field team including coaches, medical team and team management resources.
University Blues is a long term member of the Victorian Amateur Football Association and the Under 19 team will be participating in the Under 19 Section 1 Competition in 2020.
The successful applicant will have a good understanding of high level junior football and will also be able to work with Senior Coaches to develop a club wide approach surrounding both training methodologies and game day strategies and tactics.
The successful applicant will hold a minimum of Level 1 AFL Coaching Accreditation and will be experienced in being a member of a broader coaching team. They shall be a strong communicator being able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a broader off-field team including coaches, medical team and team management resources.
Due to the nature of the playing group, training commences at 5:00 PM, prior to Senior Training.
