In spite of the loss in the recent 2nd Semi Final to St Kevin’s, Blues year has made a comeback with the announcement of the VAFA William Buck Premier Team of the Year.
The Blues had Connor Lappin, Ross Young, Kieran Harper, Tim Geappen and Jeremy Taylor named in the all-star line up and also had the Senior Coach, James Walker, names as the VAFA Coach of the Year.
From the VAFA article George Cameron, Ryan Eade, Riley McMahon and Richard Langham also came under consideration for the Team of the Year.
Congratulations to all of the Blues personnel who were successful in being recognised in the team of the year. Now its onto the all important Preliminary Final this weekend against Collegianson Sunday at Trevor Barker Oval, Sandringham starting at 2:10 PM
